Mr. Gyawali holds membership of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) as well as of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He also holds BBS  from Tribhuvan University.

Mr. Gyawali has an experience in the field of Audit & Assurance, Taxation, Internal Control System Development & Implementation , Due Deligence Review and Business Consultancy. 

He has completed his articleship training from BNPSY & Associates , New Delhi and has worked as team leader in leading CA firm in Nepal.
